Shipping policy
We ship nationwide through our partner courier LBC Express, Grab Express or Lala Move .
Delivery will take place upon payment receipt between 2-3. Providing your contact number is a must upon order checkout.
PLEASE NOTE:
We are responsible for shipping your order on time. However, once the package is with our courier, we are not responsible for any delays on the courier’s part.
After shipping, we will send tracking details at the end of day so that you can track your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and follow up with the courier in case of delayed shipments. Also, some shipments may be converted to “Pick Up” at the courier branch for out of coverage areas. Customers will only know this once they track their package.
We are not responsible / liable for missing item during shipping. Please make sure all shipping details are correct. Any returned overseas order by the shipping company due to incorrect information provided by customer will be borne by the customer.
